I DO NOT agree with what those employees were doing ! That being said, it was all over the news and talk radio how venomus
people feel against Union Auto Workers AS A WHOLE
1. We make too much money
...I didn't start at my current wage, it
increased over a 13 year period of time
2. Auto Workers dont REALLY Work

day that I have been employed by Ford Motor Company
3. People that work those kind of jobs have it made
...Again I work
even harder now than in the past. Time studies are constantly eveoving in the factory and most Jobs are timed so tight, that
if you have to tie your shoe,,,,you are behind 1 full car and have to catch up
4. Recalls for the most part are due to
parts we have that are brought in from OTHER COUNTRIES....We Build Quailty Vehicles with the parts we are Given..The Auto
Workers are not to blame if the FOREIGN MADE parts we are given , Are Defective...Nafta, Cafta and outsourcing to foreign
markets are what are causing more problems here in the United States!!!
5. All Auto Workers are Dopers and Alcoholics

don't Drink. I don't do Illegal Drugs. To take a report such as this and generalize so wildly against people you DON'T know,
is Nonsense
In closing, what this news report DID'T follow was the Thousands that were on break at the same time, calling
home talking to Wives, Husbands, Sons and Daughters telling family members how much they mean to them, asking about whats
going on at home and general "watcha doin" conversations. Please don't let THIS report cloud your opinion of the Hard Working
Auto Workers as a whole who's Homes and Families are what Produce Quality Vehicles FOR YOU

Pilots, Police Officers, Firefighters, Miners, Store Clerks, Actors, Musicians, Postal Workers, State County and Municipal
Employees, AND SO MANY MORE. We make a Living Wage and WE PAY TAXES based on those wages. To those who woul...d BUST the Unions, it would BREAK THE BACK OF AMERICA. Its because of the Unions That ALL WORKERS
